Nick Hornby's High Fidelity portrayed an incredible love story...mostly love of music. The narrator's obsession with creating the perfect mix tape for any mood or occasion or person is a huge element in the book.
Though the narrator in Anecdotal finds plenty to obsess on other than Top Five Lists of songs, music plays a big role in the novel.
